The candidate would be responsible for managing the company's overall marketing and communication strategies, Branding and Image building.
Key rob roles would be as below;
Plan and execute a marketing strategy for ACE (and where required for related projects) and for new and existing products or services
Oversee the implementation of the marketing strategy
Develop a brand strategy and improve the brand image of ACE
Set and administer an annual marketing budget
Create and manage a calendar of events such as days, dates and other occasions to manage marketing and branding
Guide and manage the day-to-day activities of the marketing, creative, social and digital marketing team
Continually review changes to the market, consumer trends and the activities of competitors, adjusting the marketing plan if necessary
Provide tools and materials to enable the sales team to function effectively and align marketing with sales and yearly targets
Manage and refine ACE's social media presence
Manage and refine ACE's other digital media presence like Website, Wikipedia, blogs, SEO, SEM and Google Adwords
Guide and direct activities relating to in-app marketing
Manage and measure marketing campaign costs to get improved ROI
Report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using pre-determined KPIs
Utilise data for marketing campaigns, interrogating the ACE's databases and external data
Identify new marketing opportunities and
Conduct market research studies to guide on marketing and business opportunities
Oversee TVCs, their production and on-air schedules
Supervise and direct the in-house creative and designing department to create artwork that suits ACE's brand and it's an international image
Negotiate with media agencies, other vendors and secure agreements on the production of promotional materials, including digital material like blogs, guest posts, press releases and physical material like boards, hoarding, roadshows, flyers and standees.
Ensure the Brand and Image of ACE is well-positioned, strong and consistent across all channels.
Produce reports to quantify marketing activities and their results
Must have a minimum of 5 years of Marketing Management Experience (Both Conventional & Digital Marketing) in any FINTECH Organisation.
Should be willing to relocate to Kharian, Punjab, Pakistan.
