1) Local Modern Trade
Negotiation and plan annual deals with Top Local Modern Trade Outlets in Pakistan and sign contracts through; -
Creating branding opportunities
In-store consumer promotions
Develop and execute merchandising strategy
Leading Go to Market Strategy & tactics for Modern trade Channel.
Developing running forecast of direct supply customers and collaborating with production planning team.
Work in partnership with Supply Chain team for smoothen the whole chain starting from planning till stock receiving at customers.
Monitoring Fixed discount budgets, Quarterly allocation with the alignment of Head of sales, Modern trade Manager, Sales leads.
Collaborate with Legal Manager to create exclusive / preferred legal agreements with legal counsel for all direct serve accounts.
Develop Monthly trackers, dashboards & monitor sale trends of LMT channel.
Building understanding around WCCE and implementation of Joint business partnerships with Top LMTs.
Establish a strong PSP relationship based on high frequency store visits and Quarterly P&L review meetings with customers.
Develop insights / fact-based proposals with P&L for new business opportunities.
Creating a strong collaboration with commercial finance for payments, invoicing and credit related matters.
Working in close coordination with Brands and Trade Marketing team for Planning promotions, trade visibility agendas and new launches etc.
Organizing regional connects with Sales team for rolling out strategy and performance reviews.
2) Institutional & Captive Accounts
Negotiate contracts of exclusivity with strategic Key Accounts, like Daewoo. PIA, Railways, Utility Stores, Schools & Captive Accounts (Hotels, Parks, Cinemas etc)
Lead Go to Market Strategy & tactics for Institutional & Captive accounts.
Collaborate with Legal Manager to create exclusive / preferred legal agreements with legal counsel for all accounts.
Develop & Monitor Sale / Ordering processes for each account and align customers accordingly.
Establish a strong PSP relationship based on high frequency store visits and P&L review meetings with customers.
3). Ensure Compliance with Controls Policies and Procedures
Assist Process Owner during benchmarking of KC1 process & timely close the gaps identified by developing / modifying test scripts to mitigate emerging risks & improve controls
Qualifications / Requirements
7 Years experience in sales with four years in Key Accounts Management
Ability to create and drive a business plan
Strong analytical skills
Thinking Skills trend, data, events analysis to draw sound conclusions
Effective business communication written & verbal
Relocation Eligible : Eligible for Standard Relocation
