  • Contribute to growth and profitability of the company by achieving sales and market share objectives for products in the assigned area and also train and develop team.

  • Achievement of agreed Sales Targets within time frame.
  • Implementation of Marketing Strategy and Sales Certification through Reps.
  • Build and develop business relationship with Target Audience / Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
  • Liaison with Distributors and Key Account Managers.
  • Ensure Physician targeting (potential analysis) on regular basis by updating contact list of the team
  • Regular analysis of competitor activity
  • Ensure and manage new business opportunities.
  • Strive to enhance knowledge of team members
  • Evaluate knowledge level of team members product / disease area and plan training with FTMs
  • Work with training department to improve selling and management skills
  • Process Controls
  • Ensure all requirements of HCP engagement are in place before the activity
  • Ensure all reports are timely uploaded in system
  • Ensure requirements are completed during and after the event including closing of events
  • People Leadership (Mandatory for all People Managers Positions so please don’t remove)

  • Performance manages the team through setting and reviewing priorities. Provides appropriate and timely feedback about performance and coaches team members to help them achieve their goals
  • Supports the professional and career development of the team by identifying the skills and competencies that employees need for their current and prospective roles and provide opportunities to learn and practice new skills
  • Leads the building of a motivated and engaged team through the use of formal and informal recognition, regular communications and the encouragement of cooperation between individuals and teams

  • Abide by the requirements of the internal Code of Ethics including but not restricted to maintaining high professional standards of conduct in line with the Company procedure with a duty of care to the reputation of the Company

  • Takes personal accountability to use personal experience and knowledge, as well as the training and tools provided by Sanofi, to maintain a good knowledge and understanding of all ethics and governance relevant to the role (Sanofi Policies and Procedures and any relevant legal requirements) and demonstrate personal leadership in applying these to all work undertaken.
  • Escalates any decisions, or seek the support of colleagues or management if personal knowledge and understanding is not at the level required to carry out any part of the role

  • Assist in the investigation of accidents with the objective of introducing measures to prevent recurrence
  • Thoroughly read all safety documentation issues by the Company and comply with its requirements. Escalate any doubts or uncertainties to their supervisor and / or manager.

  • Education Level : BSC, D.Pharm., MBA
  • Experience : 5-7 years as FE,1-2 Years as DM (for external hiring)
  • Fluency in written and verbal communication (Urdu and English).
