The Position :
Jonas Premier Software is an innovative company seeking a Senior Support Engineer (L3). At Premier, we create software that empowers our clients to work smarter.
We are a small, closely knit team and work in a highly cooperative and fast-paced environment. Our main product is a complex ERP software oriented toward the construction industry, with accounting and project management features.
This software involves complex workflows and data relationships, as well as advanced reporting.
The Senior Support Engineer is responsible for using technical knowledge and tools to assist Client Success Specialists in solving issues that arise for our users.
This often consists of using advanced SQL to construct and analyze data sets involving application and financial data, as well as communicating both with team members and clients.
