We are currently looking for an energetic individual to join our Operations Department in Karachi as a bright and sound Junior Lead - Vendor Experience.

We’re looking for a bright and intelligent Central Ops Lead to manage our very diverse, large, and dynamic team of associates.

This position is relevant for people interested in Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Tech, Data Management, Training, and Communications.

If you’re ambitious, got the leadership gene, and willing to make a difference, this is the position for you. Following are the responsibilities you’ll need to perform in this role :

Responsibilities

  • Devise strategies, make decisions and implement SOPs
  • Lead diverse ops teams nationwide.
  • Onboard potential foodpanda vendors on the platform and make them live.
  • Provide support to the sales team on face-to-face / call training sessions with prospective clients.
  • Dive deeply into our operational processes to better understand and identify potential room for improvements and optimization.
  • Plan and project manage the operational roll-out our self-service solution across the globe, driving the completion of key project deliverables and following up on outstanding items.
  • Lead innovation in job processes, such as automation on Salesforce and external tools.
  • Partnership Management : Act as the primary point of contact for foodpanda vendors and coordinate with global and regional tech teams for key process roll-out
  • Responsible for assisting the Functional Lead in building processes for the department as per business requirement.
  • Time management (scheduling, forecasting, capacity planning).
  • To be a creative problem solver and be able to perform root cause analysis.
  • Requirements

  • Must have 3-4 years of experience in a similar field.
  • Must hold a bachelor's degree in computer science or relevant field. Masters will be preferred.
  • Working knowledge of data analysis and performance / operation metrics.
  • Strong team management skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Working knowledge of IT / Business infrastructure.Excellent presentation and MS-Office skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills.
  • Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
