Support Regional Sales Management team through timely reporting, analysis, processing orders, payments and claims in order to achieve sales objective by ensuring effective communication network between sales force, other departments and distributors / customers.

Timely collection and planning of orders & co-ordination for payments from all regions / Distributors in line with objectives
Prepare timely sales reports and analysis. Maintain Sales history of concerned regions / zone and distributors
Monthly reconciliation of sales data with region / zonal reports
Effective co-ordination with all regions / Distributors for timely submission of claims, their settlement & clearance certificates as per SOP
Timely circulation of TTS budget and trade promotions to sales team. Compilation of TTS spending, its evaluation and reporting
Help Sales team on reporting sales analysis, RSF, Sales volume shares, bottom up as per the business needs
Ensure adherence to all Company principles and policies
Ensure continuous improvement using the NCE (Nestlé Continuous Excellence) methodology
What will make you successful
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Sales / Marketing or business related field
1-2 years of relevant Sales Operations experience
Demonstrated ability to understand the business dynamics and processes
Capacity to understands all sales functions i.e. CCSD, Customer, Field sales
Demonstrated an effective command on MS Office i.e. Excel, Power Point
