Principal Accountabilities / Responsibilities
Drive sales and distribution for thecompany products through a Team of Distributors, BDE’s & DSR’s.
Responsible to deliver Primary& Secondary Sales, Distribution and Display targets as per Company’sObjectives.
Monitor Distributor loop (inventorymanagement as per terms), Distribution of products and on-job training ofdistributor’s staff.
Ensure Chillers, POS, merchandise andother company resources are effectively utilized in the territory
Effective coverage of all routes andrandom checking of retail outlets through Regular Market Visits.
Ensure Execution of companySOPs / Policies
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required
Knowledge including : education, qualifications and training
Bachelor’sor Master degree in any field preferably Management Sciences. Candidates havingexperience of Managing SD Channel are highly encouraged to apply.

Negotiating& Listening skills
Excellentverbal and written communication skills in Urdu and any regional language
ExcellentAnalytical Skills and expertise of maintaining healthy Business Economics forall Stakeholders.
Minimum3 years with a good record of achieving targets history in a similar assignmentwithin the FMCG or food industry.
Shouldhave a proven track record of meeting deadlines and targets
