Principal Accountabilities / Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and distribution for thecompany products through a Team of Distributors, BDE’s & DSR’s.
  • Responsible to deliver Primary& Secondary Sales, Distribution and Display targets as per Company’sObjectives.
  • Monitor Distributor loop (inventorymanagement as per terms), Distribution of products and on-job training ofdistributor’s staff.
  • Ensure Chillers, POS, merchandise andother company resources are effectively utilized in the territory
  • Effective coverage of all routes andrandom checking of retail outlets through Regular Market Visits.
  • Ensure Execution of companySOPs / Policies
  • Qualifications

    Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required

    Knowledge including : education, qualifications and training

  • Bachelor’sor Master degree in any field preferably Management Sciences. Candidates havingexperience of Managing SD Channel are highly encouraged to apply.

  • HighlyResult Oriented, Self Driven & Consumer Centric Approach.
  • Negotiating& Listening skills
  • Excellentverbal and written communication skills in Urdu and any regional language
  • ExcellentAnalytical Skills and expertise of maintaining healthy Business Economics forall Stakeholders.
  • Experience

  • Minimum3 years with a good record of achieving targets history in a similar assignmentwithin the FMCG or food industry.
  • Shouldhave a proven track record of meeting deadlines and targets
