Responsible for collection and analysis of data relative to factory performance, product costing and investments. May supervise 1 business control resource What You Will Do 1. Factory Performance
Oversee overall factory performance (KPI) and support the cluster controller with implementation of new indicators
Analyse supply chain KPIs (incl. expenses and depreciation), for actual and budget
Analyse factory waste (incl. waste sales trend)
Audit TEE (printing, laminating and slitting) and simulate complexity / capacity 2. Product Costing
Calculate product costing in BOFC XLC for actual, budget and support for forecast
Support market product cost variance analysis, simulate / deepdive for new and existing QS
Analyse and monitor raw material price trends 3. Systems and Tools
Be an expert for BOFC KPI / Costing and IBI 4. WCM
Support the WCM culture in the factory
Active member of cost pillar
Team member of other pillars (incl. Logistics projects) 5. Controlling activities
Review and manage the business control activity (monthly closing, expense control, timely provisions etc.)
Participate on monthly stock check activities
Analyse and drive investment spending plan for actual, forecast, budget periods.
Create investment business cases and follow up actual costs / results vs business case.
Participate in critical price negotiations with supplier management
Be a strong guardian for internal control procedures
Ensure compliance to local legal and tax requirements 6. Support to cluster controller / other factories when possible Who You Are We believe you have :
ACCA / CA qualified OR University degree (MA, MBA or equivalent) in Business Administration or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years of Business Control experience, Process knowledge; Expert in analysis tool; Stakeholder management.
Fluency in English spoken and written.
As a person you have strong analytical and leadership skills and you are able to continuously prioritize and work under stress.
You can create solid professional relationships with different levels in the organisation and you have excellent communication skills.
