quality undergraduate and graduate education cutting across and integrating the disciplines of Anatomy, Biochemistry, Physiology and Pharmacology.
The department is also committed to conducting impactful biomedical research on both communicable and non-communicable disorders, designed to improve the health and wellbeing of communities at large.
The Aga Khan University invites applications for the positions of Professors, Associate Professors and Assistant Professors in Anatomy, Biochemistry, Physiology, Pharmacology and related disciplines in the Department of Biological and Biomedical Sciences.
You will be responsible for actively participating and contributing to undergraduate medical (MBBS), MPhil, PhD and other academic programmes of the Department and the University, supervising and mentoring MPhil and PhD students, developing and implementing multidisciplinary research projects of translational value and mentoring junior faculty members in the department.
Applicants should have a PhD or equivalent in the relevant field, preferably with a medical degree, and at least two years of post-doctoral experience.
