Needto obtain shipping instructions from customer based on carrier allocation andsharing the information with vendors, and operations staff.
Timelyupdate of shipments for real time visibility to customer through systemupdation and email.

3. Key Accountabilities / Duties
Handling shipments based on set goals and describedshipment handling procedures.
Verification of bookings from system (APLL +Customer), updating and conveying approvals to vendors. Determining shipmentmodes and doing vessel planning based on customer requirement
Based on customer confirmation, approve bookingsthrough BOOKING MANAGER.
Sending BL instructions thorugh EDI to carriers,sending shipment advices through ACS123, creating invoics through Globalservice centre and sending invoices to customers.
Develop business through vendors to increase Salesview revenue for Pakistan.
