Full-Time in Islamabad, PK - Remote OK - Senior - HR

We are looking for an IT Recruiter with at least five years of experience with US-based clients and IT consultants.

Responsibilities :

Source and screen potential candidates from internal databases, portals, and networking.

Maintain the database of candidates along with all follow-ups related information.

Advertise job openings on different careers pages, social media, and job boards.

Assess applicant's relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.

Build warm and strong relationships during the candidate selection process.

Requirements :

A bachelor's degree and five years of relevant experience.

Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently without close supervision.
