Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Manager, the Sales Executive will be responsible for managing company's sales & overall supply chain operations to maximize the process efficiency and productivity of DuPont Protection Technologies products.

In addition, the Sales Executive will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining good relationships with customers and distributors, as well as manage & monitor supply chain activities.

Your key responsibilities will be the following :

Sales Executive responsibilities :

Understanding of business & complete Product line

Interact and build relationships with customers

Develop growth projects, manage customer complaints / queries

Convert sales efforts into Revenue, achieve Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly Sales targets

Recovery of payments & follow up on overdues

Develop new customers & applications for existing products

Sales / Supply Chain / Technical Executive responsibilities :

Coordinate & generate sales activities with customers

Coordinate internally with Product, Marketing, Supply Chain & Sales teams.

Develop Marketing & business strategies for the segment

Monitor order processing (right from customer order to delivery).

Manage customers & distributors for all matters

Follow up on financial matters with CSR’s (from invoicing to cash collection process)

Develop & incorporate specifications with Govt Departments & Product sourcing organizations

Generate Weekly & Monthly report.

Manage & monitor DuPont corporate / business end use computing systems, including order entry, forecasting, inventory management, complaint handling, product certification, direct customer grouping, E-mail, corporate financial systems and spreadsheets

Develop customer & market data base

Perform detailed Sales analysis and presentations to help business understand the Sales growth.

Build and maintain good relationships within the company and with external parties, such as customers and distributors

Lead at least one Corporate initiative team like SHE (Safety, Health & Environment)

Assist in organizing multiple organizational events

Develop excellent communication skills and interface effectively with customers

Develop a data base of customers referring to segments & applications

Metrics under responsibility :

Achieve Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly Sales targets

Follow regional pricing policies & principles, no overdue payments of customer.

Successfully accomplish at least two new growth projects every year

Ensure confidentiality of all business information

Capable of understanding and incorporating technical details to customers

A successful candidate must have :

Post Graduate Masters / MBA degree / BE in Textiles

2-3 years experience, preference for Textile and Paper / Label Printing industry

Expertise in MS office and software working knowledge (SAP / FACT)

Multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Ability to manage complete supply chain process, from order placement till delivery to customers

Excellent communication and presentation skills
