Job Responsibilities

Verification of transactions routing through different GLs.

Coordination with branches for ATM Operations & ATM Balancing.

Coordination with branches in checking of ATM rooms to avoid any abnormal activity like skimming

Daily working & posting of ATM related entries for settlement in Core banking system.

Daily monitoring of ATM replenishment & downtime.

Reporting downtime to SBP as well as terminal wise transactions detail.

Monitoring & Settlement of excess cash with respects to Excess cash in ATM & cash shortage in ATM GL.

Preparation of MIS reports.

Guidance to branches for repairing / maintenance of ATMs.

Captured card instructions to branches.

Closing / handling of customer complaints on CMS.

Lodgment / DA Issuance of disputed cases on SDRS.

Booking of operational loss & unidentified funds.

Coordination with Vendor for Machine repairing

Coordination with finance for processing of invoices and insurance settlement of damage ATM parts.

Qualifications

Holds at least a Bachelor’s degree from any HEC recognized university

01 to 02 years of relevant experience
