Responsibilities
Briefing to Clients and Answer Queries on Calls or Whatsapp
Meeting with clients and briefing them on Real Estate Projects.
Handle sales through calling and leads.
Handling walk-in clients and arrange visits with prospective clients
Clients counseling and clarify information and convince clients.
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way.
Meet personal / team qualitative and quantitative targets.
Reporting to the Management with time.
Requirements
Fresher or Experience in Real Estate Sales
Strong phone and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
