As a Technical Consultant at NCR Corporation, you will be responsible for the analysis, configuration, and advised deployment of the solutions for venue clients and post live support and troubleshooting.
This role will work closely with the development team and external clients to identify configurations settings and gather data to properly deploy workable solutions.
In doing so, you will work in a team environment where you will have direct interactions with other consultants, clients, and internal groups such as Product Development, Sales and ClientManagement.
You will also work closely with our client support center to research client issues and provide timely solutions to current client needs.
Position Summary & Key Areas of Responsibility :
Contributes towards success of project implementation including server build, installation and product training
Participate in Customer KickoffMeeting
Primary subjectmatter expertise on the Implementation team
Represent NCR onsite as the escalation point for Customers and Project Teams
Provide front line feedback to product development and Support Services on enhancements and software issues
Good communication and people skills with internal teams and client shareholders
Clear and concise verbal, written and presentation skills
High energy, initiative based self-starter with exceptional work ethic
Team player thatmeets deadlines, is detail oriented and has a sense of ownership
Proactively seeks to learn the NCR Corporation’s products and diagnostic tools

Basic Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Previous experience with NCR will be beneficial
Approximately 15-25% travel is required
SQL experience is preferred
Microsoft Server Product Knowledge preferred
Previous experience within ATM / banking industry preferred
