Responsible for overall organizational coordination for operational activities to get the work done.

Manages all human resources related activities including recruitment, compensation, career development, performance measurement, training and personnel affairs.

Develop and Maintain Smooth reporting system in departments throughout the regions for efficient output.

Directs and oversees all administration related activities including security, preventative and corrective maintenance along with office supplies.

Assist Accounts department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules).

Investigate employee relations issues & work to ensure human resources related decisions are consistent and fair.

Conducts performance evaluation training and monitors department’s performance in conducting the performance evaluation.

Manage Human Resources Information System to ensure accurate and timely availability of information and management reports

Manages the human resources planning process to determine the Company’s long-term staffing needs through discussing the personnel needs with department managers and prepares personnel forecasts to plan employment needs.

Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and any ad hoc based policy.

Review job advertisements prior to posting, screen CVs, conduct telephone screenings, coordinate interview teams, participate in interviewing candidates and ensure that documentation is collected and recorded / filed.

Revise company policies and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) as per requirements.

Participates in interviews, selections and recruitments of employees to fill vacant positions at the Company corporate office.

Manages Grievance issues to ensure smooth operations at all regional level.

Support at regional level operations to achieve defined organizational as well as departmental objectives.

Manages the new employee orientation to foster positive attitudes towards strategic goals.

Manages and develops individual human resources staff to help them achieve full potential and deliver consistently high-performance standards.

Response employees’ queries about HR-related issues

Any additional work / task assigned by the Director Operations.

Job Type : Full-time

Salary : Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
