Job Title : Lead UX Analyst

About the Role :
We require a UX Analyst lead. The successful candidate will be charged with conceiving and conducting initiatives designed to improve the user experience of S&P’s global workforce in a variety of domains including but not limited to technology.
The candidate will partner with multiple stakeholders across the business to identify opportunities and pain points for improved user experiences.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced BA (Business Analyst) who has a strong grasp of the big-picture - namely, how can user-first approach help achieve business goals - as well as a keen ability to establish priorities, manage UX programs, and analyze usability for enterprise services and products.
Work with various groups within S&P to identify opportunities for improvements to user experience - both inside and outside of technology
Gather, analyze, document and communicate users’ requirements as well as maintain UX project plans and track UX project status
Understand and document the requirements of the respective business service areas and their products that impact user experience.
Perform data analysis, measure, create and publish UX metrics.
Responsible for acquiring stakeholder consensus for all documented UX requirements.
Partner with UX team members, development team and stakeholders from across the business to review, analyze and improve processes related to employee experience
Partner with the business divisions, the corporate functions, and key vendors to provide solutions to business problems that will include process definition, automation, software application development, mobile application development, and software integration
Act as a liaison between Business Users / SMEs and developers to ensure proper documentation of the user experience
Participate in the planning and execution of UX QA / UAT testing of applications.
Assist in tracking BAU demands for UX improvements
Manage and maintain a RAID log taking ownership to see items through to closure
Ensure all stakeholders are informed appropriately of progress within the program / project
Provide a big picture view of deliverables, but should have attentional to key details. Track and Manage independently.
Should provide inputs for decision making. Capacity planning, schedule mgmt., roadmaps & able to deliver estimates grounded on data.
Should understand overall control objectives for the ADO and overall SCRUM management.
Provide measurable improvements to the overall user experience of S&P’s employees across divisions and systems
Be passionate about all things UX / UI and other areas of design and innovation.
Research and showcase knowledge in the industry’s latest trends and technologies
Professional Experience / Qualifications
5-7+ years of hands-on Business Analysis experience
Experienced in collecting, organizing and tracking requirements (requirements management)
Excellent analytical skills, especially pertaining to data analysis.
Project Management experience is preferred
Willing to learn Design Thinking methodologies to address both technical and non-technical user interface needs.
Ability to work with internal clients to understand detailed requirements to deliver holistic user experiences that meet client needs and vision
Ability to clearly and effectively communicate the processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and internal clients
Ability to work effectively in a team setting, including synthesizing abstract ideas into concrete design implications
Must have excellent oral and written skills being able to communicate effectively on both a technical and business level.
Must have experience with gathering requirements and working with UX staff to develop system designs.
Must have experience with the following set of tools : Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project.
Passionate about resolving user pain points through design process
Self-motivated and self-managed with a high degree of analytical ability and intellectual curiosity
Basic experience with software application design / development processes and deliverables
Working knowledge on PowerBI and Tableau is a plus
Experience working within or on behalf of a regulated environment (HR, Financial Services or Healthcare) is a plus
