Position : CRM Executive
What You Will Do
Maintain CRM tools, sales support software and reporting tools Prepare specific analyses based on the sales software. Secure system documentation and provide user support and training.
Support CIP (Continuous improvement process) actions in the country according to GTM and ensure processes are in place Maintain sales services tools and support their improvement Prepare and execute training programs for the sales team, unit or department or country to ensure effective working routines to create sales success.
Monitor and follow up targets set inside CRM
