About the Role

To monitor Building Management System with focus on Fire Fighting Systems and other critical

What Youll Do

Monitor all HVAC system in the building

Maintaining the temperature & humidity in all over areas according to our productions plan

Control and operate process chilled water

Process Hot Water

Monitor heating system

Control Outdoor Lighting

Demand Control System

Domestic Water

Storm & Septic Pumping Pits

Control & Monitor Fire Alarm System

Familiar with System, Alarms & situations

Liaison with Shift Leader / Fire Officer & Emergency respons team

Acknowledging alarms and resetting them

Understand difference between faults & alarms

Isolation of different sounder device

Isolation of different detector device

Isolation of area for Maintenance work

Track Alarm / Pre-Alarm & inform Emergency Response team

Replacement of broken glass, keep stock of consumable for fire system

Link-up with different Suppression system

Fm-200 Deactivate and Activate

What Youll Need

DAE) Diploma of Associate Engineering or similar.

Obtains and provides information primarily others internally.

Evaluated in context of the standard size.

Often delivers own output by following defined procedures / processes under close supervision and guidance
