To develop and manage budget, review operating costs and suggest cost-saving measures.
To supervise transport matters including maintenance, cleanliness, log book and insurance.
To supervise travel arrangements.
To liaison with Government Departments and related organizations.
To negotiate and assist Lease agreements for offices and campuses.
To supervise and coordinate all protocol duties at Head Office.
To execute any other instructions by the BOD.
