About the job :
As Concepts Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for to maintain a relationship with the Vendors who generates the most business in terms of orders and revenue for food panda.
Expansion / Business Development : Driving strategy, planning and Lead Management for franchising the Private brand concepts of food panda.
Commercial Management - Lead and negotiate commercial agreements with partners ensuring that business and financial objectives are met.
Key Account Management - Build, manage and develop long-term relationships with key partners, manage key strategic projects independently acting as the focal point of contact for partner and internal stakeholders.
KPI & goals - Partner Acquisition & Development, Revenue Management, Partner Profitability & Retention.
Bachelor's / Master’s degree in Business, Marketing or STEM disciplines from a top University
Has an acute sense of responsibility and can take full ownership of the function.
Minimum 4 years of experience in Sales / Business Development role with broad exposure to Marketing, Supply Chain within a Retailer (Super Market, E-commerce, Retail brands) or within a large Restaurant Chain
Experience or exposure to Food & Beverage industry would be an added advantage
You are process-oriented and data-driven
Your knowledge of the internet and e-commerce sector is solid
You are driven and ambitious.
You are very proactive and are able to lead independent projects.
Has the ability to perform root cause analysis and build process flows.
