About the Role :

As the Marketing Expert, Community and Review Sites, you will help build the framework and strategy to engage customers, partners, and prospects in digital communities.

You’ll develop solutions that not only create advocates but also help them to make content that supports digital marketing initiatives and connect customers to experiences across their journey with KeepTruckin.

This includes developing repeatable programs that help generate customer reviews, customer testimonials, influencer content, and references for sales.

By design, this community will become a platform for open-source content that supports education, networking, idea-sharing and problem solving.

Part project manager, part community moderator, part digital marketing maven, you will drive program strategy, definition and implementation to create a great experience for our community members, and to drive their engagement.

You will work closely with all teams across KeepTruckin to drive awareness of your program across channels (including social, events, digital), ensuring our customers have different opportunities to participate.

This position will report to the Sr. Campaigns Marketing Manager.

What You'll Do :

  • Establish a customer content program that helps us generate customer reviews, testimonials, and builds a network of customers to serve as references for sales
  • Develop a network of online influencers to develop marketing and educational content, and are incentivized through our ambassador program
  • Design a new community program giving fleet & safety managers, drivers, dispatchers, etc. the opportunity to engage and learn from their peers as they build a new culture of improved fleet management in their organizations
  • Drive operational aspects of the program and work with teams across KeepTruckin (including creative, legal and web dev) to implement the program, giving customers a delightful and positive experience
  • Increase community engagement and participation and proactively identifying opportunities to drive awareness by working with the marketing and sales teams globally
  • Be a spokesperson and external representative within this community. Act as a resource and support for people around the organization, providing best practice knowledge and expertise about how to engage with our fleet community
  • Define, evaluate and report on community engagement success metrics, both in program marketing promotion efforts and program participation, supporting decisions with ROI-based analysis
  • What We're Looking For :

  • 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, program management, communications, or public relations
  • Experience and proficiency in using analytics platforms (Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics, Tableau) to make data-driven decisions
  • Experience with community platform software or building digital communities from the ground up
  • Bachelor or Masters Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field
  • 3+ years of demonstrated and progressive success, with substantial experience in direct response acquisition marketing for a consumer brand and / or subscription, LTV-oriented business.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Extremely customer-centric, organized and detail-oriented with ability to influence peers and stakeholders and leadership
