We're looking for a Human Resources Generalist to provide excellent internal customer support to the department and the company by ensuring smooth and efficient business operations through effective communication in handling various HR related tasks and general HR administrative duties.

What You'll Do :

  • Employee records filing and management, reporting and personnel changes, including confidential data entry
  • Audit HRIS systems ensuring accuracy of systems
  • Organize HRIS data for accurate and effective reporting
  • New hire communication and orientation
  • Provide recommendations on changing / updating onboarding process
  • Schedule and conduct exit interviews
  • Ensure off-boarding items are prepared and satisfied following exit interview
  • Total Rewards administration support
  • Assist with benefit inquiries as needed
  • Assist in coordinating open enrolment meetings and communication
  • Update HRIS system as needed for open enrolment
  • Manage wellness programs and activities
  • Assist supervisor with conflict resolution and employee relations issues
  • Engage with employees to maintain constant pulse check and temperature
  • Build trusting and strong relationships with employees at all levels
  • Ensure employees follow established policies and procedures
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Serve as the administrative back-up as needed

    What We're Looking For :

  • High school diploma
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar field
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a human resources role in multiple disciplines
  • PHR or SHRM-CP highly preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to communicate effectively, clearly, and concisely both verbally and in writing
  • Excellent follow-up skills and operates with a sense of urgency
  • Builds and maintains effective relationships across all levels of the organization
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work autonomously
  • Possess strong technological skills to perform data entry, manage schedules / calendars
  • Comprehensive working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and Google Suite
  • Accountable, resourceful, detail-oriented
  • Ability to self-manage competing priorities successfully and work under minimal supervision
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
