Ensure all sales operations as per HSE policy, guidelines and targets assigned.

Compliance with company policies and laws of the land

Evaluate and improve existing SOPs and initiate new ones where ever needed through the use of 6 sigma tools

Achieve approved sales plan of each brand in the assigned territory

Monitor and steward market share of all brands

Manage / improve effective dealer network to obtain targeted results

Assist ASM in developing area strategy

Conduct promotional activities brands (display of POS material, coordinate BTL activities if any) Efficient planning of travel loops for economical coverage of territory

Cost controls & efficient utilization of budgets
