Line Support for both the CRM & Ticketing Solutions Provided. You will be capable of providing support to the senior engineer.
This is a full-time office-based role. You will need to be a good team player with excellent communication skills, have the ability to manage your own workload and work well on your own initiative.
As part of the infrastructure team, you will be helping, run and maintain both our hosted infrastructure & the infrastructure of some of our customers.
We manage and maintain the infrastructure for several large leisure operators both in the UK & worldwide. You will form an integral part of the team that are responsible for keeping the systems maintained and always available.
To provide installation services for creating customer systems within Microsoft Azure.
To deliver installation services for Microsoft CRM.
To be part of the team that manage windows based hosted infrastructure.
To help manage & maintain our Email Delivery infrastructure.

Server provisioning in cloud virtualization, administration, troubleshooting management.
Install new / rebuild existing servers and configure OS, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc. in accordance with standards and project / operational requirements.
Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures.
Research and recommend innovative, and where possible automated approaches for system administration tasks. Identify approaches that leverage our resources and provide economies of scale.
Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all cloud-based resources, systems, and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.
Perform daily backup operations using Microsoft Azure Backup Solution or any other solution, ensuring all required file systems and system data are successfully backed up to the appropriate media, recovery tapes or disks are created, and media is recycled and sent off site as necessary.
Create, change, and delete user accounts per request.
Provide Level 1 and 2 support as per request from various stakeholders. Investigate and troubleshoot issues related to operating system, CRM, SQL database, application performance and access
Repair and recover from software failures. Coordinate and communicate with impacted stakeholders.
Upgrade or downgrade server size, storage size, database level as per application requirement.
Deploy application package as and when require.
Perform ongoing performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization as required. Configure CPU, memory, and disk partitions as required.
Ability to use Azure Monitoring System such as Application Insights.
Experience of Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Knowledge / Managing O365, AD, Azure AD, ADFS, Antivirus, Backups etc.
Experience of managing or using Microsoft IIS.
AZ-104, MCSE or MS Dynamics CRM qualification or relevant experience.
Advanced Understanding of computer networks & windows domains.
Good problem-solving skills.
Ability to work with people of a varying technical abilities.
Establish and maintain a good working relationship with all customers.
Experience of Windows 10 and Windows Server's
Ability to work to a priority-based SLA.
Experience with creating customer systems within Microsoft Azure & AWS.
Experience of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011, CRM 2015.
Experience of providing a bulk email delivery service.
Previous exposure to either a ticketing.
Knowledge of MS SQL & SQL Server.
