We are looking for a highly-driven and motivated Assistant Manager Dine In to join our fast-growing team based here in Pakistan.

This exciting new role will be building up the subscription program and DineIn acquisitions, pandapro, in Pakistan and will report into Manager pandapro and DineIn.

This role will be based in Pakistan and will report to the " Manager pandapro and Dine In .

Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for the launch / growth of a new vertical as the vertical lead in the city
  • Manage the acquisition of vendors and the overall business performance in the city
  • Assist with local strategy creation and execution, success metric alignment, and ongoing execution to enable the enhancement and growth of the vertical locally in the city
  • Support day to day unit performance across the market, and ensure vendors / operational partners are engaged and successful
  • Responsible for vendor acquisitions on DineIn model of pandapro to drive customer traction
  • Will be responsible to look after the acquisition of the non-food partners in collaboration with different commercial teams
  • Responsible for ensuring seamless experience for pandapro customers across partner vendors
  • Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, management or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in similar industries
  • Experience in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to succeed in a player-coach role
  • Ability to multi-task and excel in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Prior experience in driving loyalty or subscription programs preferred
  • Sales, acquisitions, and account management experience is preferred
  • Strong project and stakeholder management abilities
