YOUR DAY TO DAY SUSTAINABILITY & LEGAL COMPLIANCEEnsure full compliance with local legislation, company policies and the IMS.

Adhere to all Environment, and Health, Safety, and Security rules and practices by applying and ensuring the other employees are also in compliance.

As the incident elimination owner, you will have to review safety incident investigations to ensure the corrective actions are implemented and conduct weekly health checks to identify gaps and constraints in the organization and implement appropriate countermeasures accordingly.

QMS COMPLIANCE Ensure compliance to all PMI and Legal standards related to Quality of incoming materials, SFGs and FGs in line with the QMS.

Ensure that routine checks are done timely and efficiently, QFs and QIs are raised well in advance. DAILY DIRECTION SETTING (DDS)Participates in setting the 24 hours direction during the DDS and is actively involved in the execution of the daily plan.

Responsible for following up Center Line, Rapid Change Over and Change Management DMSs. Provides data with corresponding analysis during DDS meeting and investigates losses assigned.

CENTERLINE (CL) MANAGEMENTCreates and establishes targets & limits for the CC line(s). Is responsible to review, validate and update new CL standard of the line(s) in order to meet the business results.

Develops the control strategies to enable operators to respond to out of control situations. Provides support to Line Structure and Leadership in applying the RE Tools to support the analysis in building the team's 90-day plan.

Owns the PR Loss Tree and is responsible in building an accurate data and information for the Line Structure action planning.

RAPID CHANGEOVER (RCO) MANAGEMENTImplements changeover standards for all appropriate SKUs. Reviews changeover critiques and coaches the team to identify and implement improvement opportunities to achieve RCO success criteria’s and standards.

Leads and participates actively in the Rapid Changeover events to identify additional opportunities for change over process optimization.

Leads change management processes including benchmarking and reapplication activities across appropriate production lines, business units and factory.

CAPABILITY BUILDING AND TECHNICAL PROFICIENCYBuilds the expertise of team on process failures technical troubleshooting and proficiency of process transformation through mentoring and delivering on the job training.

Build the capability of LS and Line Team in the effective use of IPS / UPS and Work Point Analysis (WPA) tools WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR WORK EXPERIENCE- 0 - 3 years experience in Manufacturing - Previous experience or exposure to people coordination / management activities would be an asset EDUCATION- Bachelors or Masters Degree in relevant field WHAT PMI OFFERS - We’re international.
