About This Role :
It leverages technical expertise and a strategic mindset to be successful.
Has differing percentages of work across analytics & insights, data strategy & activation, platform integration & activation, business & technology innovation, and leadership.
Responsibilities include :
Delivering insights from data sets in digital / media / eCommerce, executing hands-on-keyboard for digital media, activating digital media brand building platforms to meet the needs of the business (digital presence, social, CRM, DTC, programmatic, etc.).
Leading and managing new innovation spaces in marketing technology to meet emerging needs in a business (IoT, new data sets, new platforms, etc.).
Prioritizing & translating business requirements to systems requirements which also adhere to IT policies and security / privacy mandates.
Engaging seamlessly across the marketing and media organizations typically at the brand manager and associate brand director level typically covering a regional business).
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science / Data Analytics, Information Technology or related field.
Any additional certifications in Computer Science, Data Science / Data Analytics, Information Technology or related field, OMCA etc.
Up to 3 years of relevant experience
Excellent communication skills and proven experience in leading data driven projects from definition through interpretation and execution
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to initiate and drive projects, and communicate plans to internal clients and senior leaders
