The Project Coordinator will work in conjunction with the Project Managers, project teams and management and be responsible for supporting the PMO function.

The role is an essential interface between the PMO, SA&D, Dev, DB, QA / QC, D&C and Ops teams / departments and key stakeholders to manage and communicate status of all projects.

The incumbent will work closely with the project managers, business users to understand the requirements and scope of projects and help to develop project plan solutions to meet these requirements.

Must have Masters / Bachelor degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Project Management / IT Business Administration from some reputed foreign or HEC-recognized institution / university.

2-5 years experience of project coordinator against agile and waterfall Software Development Lifecycles (SDLC).

Strong problem solving and issue resolution skills.

Ability to work independently and prioritize responsibilities while proactively communicating status and issues to stakeholders.

Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks / projects in a high-pressure environment.

Have demonstrated ability to inspire and create a high-performance culture.

Capable to execute project management processes / policies / methodologies.

Strong experience working in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.

Must have strong skills of inter-personal, communication, time management, negotiating, team management and critical thinking.

Experience providing regular reports on achievements and metrics related to performance.

Resilience and resourcefulness.

Job Description / Responsibilities :

Follow project management processes / framework / methodologies.

Administration & maintenance of centralized management structure for all project management functions.

Support the Project Manager and Project Team in the coordination, planning, and control of the project.

Manage training to project teams.

Gather the relevant project data and produce reports for management / stakeholders.

Provide relevant and accurate information to support effective decision-making.

Maintain an updated status of all projects particularly that are live or underway.

Ensure governance, consistency, quality and transparency against all projects.

Provide assistance in creating a common set of principles, practices, and templates for managing various projects.

Conduct project audits / pre-mortem and post-mortem of projects.

Sharing relevant documentation and reports with project teams.

Providing information and regular support to stakeholders.

Being point of contact for various working groups.

Developing in-depth understanding of project scope and particulars i.e. timeframes, financials, outcomes.

Ensuring resources and equipment are always available.

Understanding formal escalation and review processes.

Thorough project documentation.

Creating and reviewing of reports.

Knowledge of industry best practice.

Analyze risks and opportunities.

Support the Project Manager / Scrum Master and Product Owner in to host project meetings, provide coordination and logistics for meetings and manage project schedules and calendars.

Monitor and update the project plan, tasks and activities ensuring project deliverables are completed on schedule.

Manage project deliverables and project backlog.

Develop and maintain project documents during the project life cycle.

Implement communication plans, including using online tools for communications.
