Response to warehouse Emails to resolve issues relating to orders.
Maintain confirmed and non-confirmed orders from Shopify.
Create orders manually in SAP after contacting customers about non confirmed orders.
Cancel orders in Shopify if customer confirm cancellation of orders.
Coordinate with Delivery service of company / TCS and Warehouse for Order Shipment.
Monitor Order delivery status in concerned cities.
Handle Reason and Orient’s, Daraz Mall customers; place orders in shopify from Daraz and contact Daraz for order shipment.
Help finance in invoice issues of orders.
Report and coordinate with marketing department.
Help finance and Logistics in case of discrepancies.
For Website changes and problems coordinating Developers and Software team.
Coordinate data entry Operators for price control of products.
Monitor calls of TSRs.
Brief newly hired TSRs about the company and tasks and provide training.
Handle all social media platforms like Facebook, twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Whats App.
Maintain Excel files and update order status with the help of warehouse officer.
Handle complaint Emails / calls of Orient After sales by resolving, refunding, replacement of products.
Handle Google reviews, in case if bad reviews : contact customer and try to resolve issue and then ask to change / remove / upgrade the review about company if customer satisfied.
Social Media replies to customer’s Comments / Inbox queries.
Report to CEO, COO, VP Commerce About weekly, monthly sales and other issues regarding sales.
Education : Minimum Graduation
Experience, Skills and Competencies : Preferably 1 year E commerce experience ; Basic Shopify and SAP knowledge, MS Office, Excel Expertise, Social Media Handling , Good Communication Skills both verbal and written.
