Apricart E-stores is looking for a seasoned and highly motivated Marketing & E-commerce Manager who will be responsible to promote and strengthen our brand.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced and dynamic individual who can develop and execute marketing strategies, both online and offline.
The candidate will be responsible for effective brand positioning through integrated marketing campaigns to engage users and interactive relationship between consumers and the company.

Assess the market / consumer groups to identify effective marketing strategies
Plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital, ATL, BTL)
Oversee content creation, including text posts, video and images for use on social media
Ensure correct content is shared regularly on digital platforms
Promote products and services over social media, in a way that is consistent with our organization’s brand and social media strategy
Develop innovative strategies to drive traffic to the company’s website and mobile app
Manage customer representative to ensure customer queries and concerns are dealt on time
Measure performance metrics and provide timely reporting, and use it to identify demand trends and insights
Manage and maintain marketing budget
Collaborate with colleagues from across functions to ensure branding is consistent
Keeping abreast of market developments and competitive offerings
Engage with grocery vendors and form collaborations with them
Manage relationships with existing vendors
Qualifications & Skills :
A bachelor’s degree in marketing or media, business, communication or related field is a must
3 5 years of relevant experience in managing brands on digital platforms
Knowledge and understanding of algorithms and search engine optimization
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Excellent team work and networking skills.
Online community management and customer service skills to strike the balance between publicity and stimulating direct discussion with potential and actual customers
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to multitask, to work on a number of projects at once
