Customer Service & Logistics (CS&L) is where you’ll integrate our end-to-end demand-driven supply chain. Working from farm to shelf, you’ll connect plants with customers to deliver best-in-class service in the most efficient way.

Key Purpose : The PCM has the key responsibility to manage all Innovation and product change projects in the GCBM category for Pakistan and ensure issues are escalated and risk mitigated to ensure overall business plans & strategies are delivered.
Candidate will also be responsible for the management and execution of productivity projects for the Pakistan manufacturing sites.
The PCM drives the regional innovation and product change agenda in the GCBM category by managing the Global I2M process ensuring that all interdependencies are assessed and synergies are maximized to deliver best for business solution.
The PCM interfaces extensively with Consumer Marketing, RDQ, Procurement, Customer Development, Finance, and all functions within Supply Chain (BD, Manufacturing and Customer Service and Logistics), to deliver projects within the specified time, cost and quality parameters.
The individual will work closely with the PCDM GCBM Lead MEA to ensure consistent PCM ways of working and sharing of best practice.
Primary Responsibilities / Accountabilities :
Lead cross-functional teams in the development and implementation of a broad, coordinated set of projects to meet the revenue, volume, growth, productivity and quality goals and priorities of the business / category.
Using Global I2M principles ensure the PCM team delivers project management excellence to meet AMEA GCBM and Productivity objectives.
develop methods to monitor project progress and provide corrective action if necessary. Own the escalation to regional PCDM Manager.
Create project timelines, assign tasks and activities to stakeholders.
Follow up on stake holders to ensure timely completion of their tasks to delivery overall project timelines
champion these activities within the business and project teams.
Ensure that suitable risk assessment and contingency planning (for relevant projects) takes place, is communicated and agreed upon by all stakeholders and is acted on if necessary to keep the project on track or to accelerate the project if the business need exists.
Actively participate in the Pakistan PAM review process and MEA Productivity review process to ensure all projects are properly documented and have been reviewed and agreed upon by all appropriate stakeholders.
