The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing the sales strategy of the company across all channels : general trade, modern trade and wholesale.

The candidates should be knowledgeable about modern market dynamics, distribution networks and best practices in team management.

A leader who can inspire and motivate the team, and ensure better performance and growth. Responsibilities

  • Foster new business relationships and manage existing relationships
  • Recommend sales strategies for improvement based on market research and competitor analyses
  • Specialist in retail network building and store-wise management of sales
  • Specialist in building a deep penetration network across all sales channels
  • Conduct budget reviews to ensure sales and marketing activities are within budget
  • Regularly follow-up performance and gauge weaknesses
  • Closely monitor individual and team performance
  • Ensure distribution set ups are working in line with company policy
  • Improve distribution channel and network
  • Qualifications

  • Preferred : Bachelors or equivalent experience in the field
  • 7+ years relevant experience (preferably FMCG)
  • Must have worked as a Regional Sales Manager or in a senior sales management position
