Foster new business relationships and manage existing relationships
Recommend sales strategies for improvement based on market research and competitor analyses
Specialist in retail network building and store-wise management of sales
Specialist in building a deep penetration network across all sales channels
Conduct budget reviews to ensure sales and marketing activities are within budget
Regularly follow-up performance and gauge weaknesses
Closely monitor individual and team performance
Ensure distribution set ups are working in line with company policy
Improve distribution channel and network
Preferred : Bachelors or equivalent experience in the field
7+ years relevant experience (preferably FMCG)
Must have worked as a Regional Sales Manager or in a senior sales management position
