About the work (Customer Service Representative - LAAM)
LAAM is collaborating with 200+ top Pakistan fashion houses and has customers from all over the world. In this role, you will be managing customer queries and complaints.
You will also be asked to process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels.
To do well in this role you need to remain calm with customers. Y ou will work closely with our customers to understand their concerns and make sure to give them the best services.
You will also ensure the quality and timely delivery for orders placed on LAAM.

Communicating with customers through various channels. Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints. Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests. Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary. Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support. You care about the end result of your work. You have a good, critical eye for details and are obsessed with excellence.
