Implementation of Nestlé Health Policies and Standards
Develop and continuously improve health programs, practices and tools, to deliver compliance and performance improvement.
Follow up for reduction of gaps, if any
Ensure training & coaching is provided to employees and team leaders to help them to take ownership, and lead & manage employee health within their area of responsibility
Ensure employees receive trusted guidance & support on identifying, assessing and managing health risk factors and opportunities, and on case management
Identify expertise and good practices from inside and outside Nestlé and communicate them internally
Coordinate internal & external resources to ensure delivery of high quality and efficient employee health services, e.
g. fitness for task, health surveillance, follow up in closing health risk gaps
Leverage Health Surveillance and other tools to collect and analyse health-related information, monitor performance and improve health of employees
For employees awareness contribute in health communications and arrange health camps. Celebrate world health days internally
