The job responsibilities will include
Willing to familiarize with the policies, procedures, and offerings of the brand, seeking to accomplish set goals and objectives
Team up with co-workers to ensure synergies are attained and subsequently business excellence is achieved
Devise innovative solutions to improve channel footprint and city expansion (e.g. planning and executing marketing activities and leading the road hustle)
Cultivating strong relationships with stakeholders to drive long term sustainable partnerships
Implementing growth strategies, expansion, and retention plans, and analyzing acquisition data to inform or update marketing strategies
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines
Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of stakeholders
Ability to get hands-on in a complex operational environment
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to tight deadlines
Confident, outgoing, and with a predisposition to teach others
Good technical proficiency (MS Excel , SQL)
Ability to effectively trouble shoot problems and work collaboratively within a team environment
Educated to BS / MS level (or equivalent) within a subject relevant to the position
