Job Purpose

  • Project Sales Executive must achieve line wise annual volume targets as agreed with SMPS for specific area / territory. This position also manages all activities of sales management like discounts, debtors;
  • project customers account statements, conversion of business from competition, addition of new projects, and overall solution of market issues under the supervision of PS&SM.

    The position holder may also manage the workforce like SPs under the given circumstances. Project Sales Executive must achieve line wise annual volume targets as agreed with SMPS for specific area / territory.

    Key Accountabilities

  • Handling of B2B customer on regular basis.
  • Sales & Collection of project customers with no overdues vs assigned credit days.
  • Exceed customer expectations by providing efficient customer services & ensure no complaints of orders delivery, in time response, query for discounts etc.
  • Liaise with the specifications executive to ensure a team work on all the targeted Govt / Private / commercial projects.
  • Proactively provide paint estimations, cost estimations, discounts, quotations by considering the competitors activities and operations.
  • To build relationships with all the associations of builders, contractors or architects for perennial sites stream.
  • Develop himself at the technical grounds to handle all the complaints raised by the end users timely and efficiently.
  • Remain pro-active to sort the information about the competition and suggest necessary changes or improvements to boost the sales patterns.
  • Experience

  • Bachelors degree from reputable institute
  • 2-5 years of Sales experience
  • Willingness to travel to various locations, even on short notice
  • Responsible, Hard working, with strong analytical skills
  • Familiar with MS Office
