McLean Intelligent Workforce Job Description for Associate Recruiter : MIW specializes in recruiting, selecting, placing and evaluating the best independent talent on behalf of clients in technology, engineering, finance & accounting, sales & marketing, business development & capture management, program and project management and other roles in the US and internationally.

Associate Recruiter Job Responsibilities :

  • Manages the selection process for candidate selection including requisition management, development of position descriptions, recruitment strategies, reference and background checks, salary negotiations, and the facilitation of the on-boarding process.
  • Post job ads on professional sites, job sites and social media.
  • Participate in candidate sourcing efforts.
  • Assisting the Hiring Manager with recruitment duties.
  • Assist teams in screening resumes.
  • Conduct initial phone call screenings.
  • Schedule calls and interviews.
  • Manage calendar for all hiring teams and candidates.
  • Send out all bulk email (e.g. confirming receipt of applications, rejection emails) and handle paperwork (e.g. offer letters).
  • Promote positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Review applications and assess candidate qualifications against criteria established in the job descriptions.
  • Provides daily / weekly reports to hiring managers on a timely basis regarding statuses relating to all positions.
  • Maintaining a database of potential candidates.
  • Work Hours & Benefits Since a big part of the senior recruiter’s role is recruiting in PK, hours for our HR and local recruiting team are 2 PM to 11 : 00 PM local time.

    Associate Recruiter Skills :

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to conduct interviews over the phone and via live chat.
  • Excellent decision-making skills.
  • Proficient with social media platforms.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Education and Experience Requirements :

  • Degree in Human Resources or related field or relevant experience is desirable.
  • Minimum 1 year of proven work experience as a Recruiter / or in human resources function.
