Associate Recruiter Job Responsibilities :
Manages the selection process for candidate selection including requisition management, development of position descriptions, recruitment strategies, reference and background checks, salary negotiations, and the facilitation of the on-boarding process.
Post job ads on professional sites, job sites and social media.
Participate in candidate sourcing efforts.
Assisting the Hiring Manager with recruitment duties.
Assist teams in screening resumes.
Conduct initial phone call screenings.
Schedule calls and interviews.
Manage calendar for all hiring teams and candidates.
Send out all bulk email (e.g. confirming receipt of applications, rejection emails) and handle paperwork (e.g. offer letters).
Promote positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Review applications and assess candidate qualifications against criteria established in the job descriptions.
Provides daily / weekly reports to hiring managers on a timely basis regarding statuses relating to all positions.
Maintaining a database of potential candidates.
Work Hours & Benefits Since a big part of the senior recruiter’s role is recruiting in PK, hours for our HR and local recruiting team are 2 PM to 11 : 00 PM local time.

Associate Recruiter Skills :
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to conduct interviews over the phone and via live chat.

Education and Experience Requirements :
Degree in Human Resources or related field or relevant experience is desirable.
Minimum 1 year of proven work experience as a Recruiter / or in human resources function.
