The Head of Digital Marketing will provide vision and leadership for the development of SuperTouch’s digital marketing department, creating company’s digital presence through CRM, SEO, UX, and Content Marketing.
Give strategic direction, leadership and training to digital marketing and social media team.
Implementation of Customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Analyse customer data collected through multiple sources to help business managers to make more informed decisions
Lead the analytics and reporting function in digital campaigns with a focus on optimisation.
Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets for the Marketing department
Set, monitor, and report on team goals
Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes, and new products and features)
Requirements & Skills
Work experience as Head of Digital Marketing or Sr. Digital Marketing Manager
Experience running successful marketing campaigns
Experience with CRM Software and skill to resolve technical CRM issues
Experience in the implementation of data and analytics strategies.
Experience in media planning and buying, lead generation and acquisition strategies.
Experience in leading teams and working with a wide range of stakeholders
Collaboration and patience to serve as the bridge between marketing and sales
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals
Bachelors or Masters Degree in Marketing or relevant field
