depth understanding of Jazz Policies and ProceduresMeet other teams in DFS to understand the business and how each team contributes in achieving strategic objectives Understand the digital financial services market, key trends, landscape and competitor movesUnderstand the role of the SME vertical as a part of the digital financial services ecosystemUnderstand our products and services specifically in the SME verticalUnderstand ongoing tasks, projects and deliverables Within 60 days, you will : Be responsible for data reporting and analytics Be responsible for monitoring KPIs and identifying areas for improvementBe responsible for performance management of the business against any set targetsAssist the team in business planning and forecastingExecute management reporting in liaison with other stakeholders to ensure delivery of tasks Enhance existing performance dashboards Within 90 days to onwards you will : Identify new avenues of growth for the SME FinTech propositionEvaluate financial feasibilities of new ventures in the SME sphere and prepare business casesPrepare business plans and forecasts for the SME product portfolioPerform analysis of any marketing campaigns run by the SME teamMake detailed presentations and deep-

A bit about us : As the DFS Strategic Planning & Economics Unit, our prime role is to provide direction to the business, develop strategy and represent the business in front of internal and external stakeholders.

You must be curious, willing to learn and like to take on responsibilities. The ideal candidate is innovative, detail-oriented, collaborative, and takes full ownership of their work.
Being good with numbers is essential to succeed in this role.You must be proficient in Excel (knowledge of SQL is a plus), be able to think on your feet, be confident in making decisions, and should be able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders independently.
Structure of the team : A 6-member team The structure of the team you will join is : A four (04) member’s team The two (02) main priorities of the team as a whole are : ·Provide strategic direction to the business and assist the product team in making decisions that create value for the DFS business as a whole·KPI development, performance tracking and overseeing implementation of our business plans The two (02) specific tasks that team was working on in the last 6 months with results.
