Office work 30% and Fieldwork 70%

Purpose

  • Project management in Provincial & Federal areas as and when we have an agreement with the respective governments to execute the operational aspects of the project;
  • e.g., operational aspects of mammography, satellite clinics, Shelter home etc.

    Management of other projects and day to day tasks of Market Access function.

    JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES

    Project Management with different Projects at provincial & Federal level

  • Meetings with healthcare professionals & administrative department to execute the operational aspects of the project
  • Executing the need on ground for the projects, outstations visits as per need
  • Arrangement of LHV training as per need
  • Management of Satelite clinics associated with the Project
  • Patient Facilitation Program Support

  • Monitoring and evaluation of reports and data collected by PFO
  • Visiting PFOs to discuss and resolve the issues faced by them
  • Relationship building with healthcare professionals and other staff associated with Projects / task

  • Expressing & practising interpersonal skills to build and strengthen relationships with all personnel associated with different projects and tasks
  • Developing liaison with PFO for efficient coordination amicable relationships
  • Additional Responsibilities

  • Reporting Adverse Events to the Local Safety Unit within Roche timelines
  • Responsible to report incident / accident immediately to SHE department. Attend / complete all requisite online and F2F trainings (Role-
  • specific, Safety Responsibility and Compliance) within specified time limit to ensure the learning outcome after the training has been implemented in his / her area.

  • Identifies, collects and immediately reports all safety-related information on Roche products to Local Safety Responsible as per Roche requirements and local regulations
  • Responsible for maintenance of records (electronic and physical) as per the Local CoreMap policy.
  • EDUCATION

  • Bachelor's (Mandatory) degree with 2 to 3 years of Industry Experience
  • Master’s (MBA) is Preferable
  • EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE

  • Project Management (Sales / Marketing / operational)
