Job Purpose :
To develop, implement and govern business analytics for maintenance, asset management and statutory compliance
Drive identification of requirements across countries and business units and identify opportunities and improvements through evaluation of real-time data
Serve as leader for business analysis, developing forward-thinking (predictive) reports that promote increased efficiency and productivity on multiple levels
Create and implement improvement management plans, with attention to transparent communication at all levels
Perform, evaluate, and communicate thorough quality assurance at every stage
Key Accountabilities :
Development, implementation and update a global harmonized Business Intelligence Reporting and Dashboard system and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation of the reports / dashboards
Evaluate, analyze, and communicate operational and financial data on a continuing basis, and maintain internal and external dashboards including the delivery of monthly status reports to all appropriate parties
Undertake investigations and root cause analysis across the account as required, producing reports and develop improvement / correction solutions
Effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management
Supporting governance and management monitoring progammes that ensures compliance with statutory and contractual requirements as it relates to technical maintenance scope of work.
Supporting Life Cycle Asset Management programmes and leading analysis and improvements that support the financial forecasting and development of forward maintenance and asset replacement plans.
Partner with other stakeholder teams across business units (i.e., Operation, Finance, Sourcing, Global Business Analytics Team) to develop necessary analysis and documentation in a collaborative way, communicating effectively and efficiently with country operation, regional operations directors, and Account executive team
Personal Experience / Qualifications / Skills :
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business analytics, business administration or engineering
High proficiency with business intelligence tools
Proven analytical abilities
Practical experience generating process documentation and reports
Excellent communicator with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Experience with CAFM systems, asset management life cycle planning & Technical understanding of asset function & operation.
Strong working knowledge of relevant BI applications
Proven development of innovative and impactful systems solutions
Extensive experience with data visualization
Highly proficient technical writing capabilities
