The Role :
This position will focus on database and analysis for the customer service channels. The candidate will generate original insights into existing operations and help develop the way forward for the entire division.
You will have the ability to synthesize and analyze data currently available and will also look at local, regional and global trends and provide insights to management.
Your Impactful Goals will include :
Excellent understanding of Data Analysis concepts
Excellent understanding of customer services data models
Effectively analyze end user requirements to identify the most appropriate solution and conversion of these into detailed business requirements specifications
Addressing the business questions raised by various business units by sound and thorough analysis and recommendations
Data exploration via SQL to collect key consumer insights for analysis according to business needs
Develop performance Reports and visibilities
Suggest areas for improvement in business operations utilizing these analysis
Give directions to improve organizational key pillar / KPI’s Like customer centricity, Upsell / Revenue generation
Directional Analysis help management to take business decisions
How will your Typical Day look like :
Responsible for providing relevant reports to answer various business questions faced by the organization
Development and maintenance of the database stored Procedures, views and functions for hosted web applications
Document & understand business user requirements and transform into technical solution
Data Interpretation and Quantitative skills
Process oriented approach towards problem solving
Produce ad-hoc queries and develop reports to support business needs.
Design and create Oracle reports and write complex SQL statements for large scale databases
Should be able to analyze, understand and recommend solutions to complex problem
Show results both operationally and strategically
Database Performance measurement / tuning
Oracle ETL Operations (extraction, transformation and loading) using different DBMS e.g. SQL Server, Oracle, Access etc.
Database backup and recovery
Data analysis and reporting skills
Support channels to achieve the targets for all KPI.
Ensure 100 % accuracy of data and reports
Meet all performance tracking reports deadlines with accuracy
Respond to analysis and reporting needs within TAT
