The Marketing Director is the primary day-to-day leader of the Marketing team and is a critical leader on the Apex Physics Partners wider revenue generation team.
The Marketing Director is responsible for developing and executing a clearly defined marketing strategy in a manner that accelerates the company’s growth goals.
This position is responsible for planning, organizing, staffing, training, and managing all marketing functions to achieve the company objectives of sales, growth, profitability, and brand visibility while ensuring a consistent brand promise is communicated to the market.
This professional will bring proven experience leading a B2B marketing efforts in a fast-paced, scaling environment and will have a commitment to generate revenue through all marketing efforts.

Implement the Company’s marketing strategy and strengthen Company’s market position to achieve revenue goals.
Ensure the marketing plan is cohesive to increase brand awareness, demand generation, cross-sell, and customer acquisition.
Staff, train, lead and manage a high performing marketing team that includes all agency personnel to achieve company growth targets.
Work cross-functionally with practice leaders and other experts in the development of marketing content.
Develop and implement persona-based marketing campaigns that increase demand and achieve customer growth goals.
Ensure all messaging and content is persona-based and on brand to consistently optimize the brand’s competitive position.
Develop marketing benchmark criteria and KPIs to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of all marketing initiatives.
Establish marketing function goals and metrics.
Report performance on all KPIs as needed to the Executive Leadership Team advising on strategic adjustments to achieve growth goals.
Ensure the marketing initiatives are well coordinated with the sales plan and the sales organization’s strategy.
Lead and execute digital marketing, social, media buy, field marketing, events, and product marketing.
Identify additional marketing strategies to amplify the Company’s online presence.
Advise senior leadership on hiring needs for the marketing department that paces with company growth goals.
Regularly conduct market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for company growth.
Create efficiencies through developing and refining the policies and procedures.
Design and manage the marketing department’s budget to plan.
BS / MS degree in marketing or a related field required, MBA preferred.
5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the medical physics or general medical industry.
3+ years of marketing leadership experience.
Strong experience in persona-based campaign development and execution across multiple channels.
Proven leadership experience conducting marketing efforts including planning, prioritizing, and implementing strategy.
Expert knowledge in digital and social strategy including paid strategy.
Metric driven with strong ability draw insight from complex marketing data.
Customer centric and demonstrated ability to identify and meet customer needs.
Ability to develop strong relationships and effectively communicate with senior leadership in written and oral form.
Brings best practices and innovative ideas to the organization.
