  • The Program Business Analyst will work within the overall program and demand management process to gather, document, and manage program requirements;
  • create and manage templates, and support the Center of Excellence SharePoint website. This role will work directly with the Program Product Owner other stakeholders as needed to help manage the program backlog and support the flow of requirements through the Agile delivery process.

  • What you’ll do :

  • Work with the Product Owner and key members of the Program Team to support the overall delivery of the product backlog.
  • Work with stakeholders in capturing and managing program demand requirement documentation and templates, process flows, and other relevant data.
  • Help the team research, gather, and synthesize data; and work through business problems to find solutions.
  • Help decompose requirements into backlog items and maintain those items in Azure DevOps and / or ServiceNow and ensure that Epics, Features, User Stories are well defined and accurate.
  • Help assess and validate proposed solutions to determine their viability and that they meet the organization’s roadmap.
  • Support testing activities and related documentation as a part of the end to end requirements facilitation.
  • Support training and communication functions including creation and management of documents, emails, images and possibly videos and other artifacts of end user enablement.
  • Gather, collate, and summarize data in support of metrics and reporting for the program.
  • Help maintain the program Center of Excellence SharePoint site as needed including creating and updating content, managing access, and helping improve the user experience.
  • Operate within the agreed upon Agile principles and practices.
  • Other Qualifications :

  • 0-2 years of experience in IT industry on business analysis; expect a self-starter.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Understanding of Agile practices and ceremonies; and basic ITIL principles are helpful.
  • Ability to create and manage documents in MS Office and Visio formats, helpful to have some exposure to basic image editing.
  • Ability to listen and effectively capture information being discussed or communicated in various means.
  • Ability to be self-directed, have a willingness to learn and be flexible, and always looking for ways to get better at what you do.
  • The ability to be transparent and have a positive attitude in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
  • A willingness to try new things and incorporate feedback for improvement.
