As a Senior Consultant focused on D365 / CRM, you will not only be working with clients to deliver world-class solutions, but also mentoring other team members and beginning to participate in pre-sales activities.
Senior Consultants are typically a leader on our projects and oversee a small team of consultants to deliver the work.Responsibilities
Develops sustainable business relationships with clients, gaining increased knowledge of their needs and challenges to implement effective solutions through Avtex offerings.
Presents project vision, architecture, and strategy to clients while driving transformation and innovation in medium-large client organizations.
Assists business development with project requirements. Develops related estimates and aids in completing the Scope of Work (SOW).
Demonstrates concern for meeting client needs in a manner that provides satisfaction and excellent results for the client, leading to additional opportunities within the client account.
Conducts related needs analysis and gathers client requirements. Successfully installs, configures, deploys, customizes and tests Avtex Solutions for multiple clients.
Demonstrates leadership responsibilities on projects of various sizes. For example, may assist the team manager with project identification and assignment as needed.
Ensures consultants are aware of timelines associated with assigned tasks.
Follows industry technology trends through self-study and formal training and shares that knowledge internally and externally via white papers, blog posts, and social media.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field preferred.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certification preferred.
Minimum of 5+ years’ experience working with relevant Microsoft technologies in a professional services environment. At least 1 year of experience leading project teams, either formally or informally.
Working with US counterparts and flexible to work during overlapping time zones.
Possess background in one or more of the following functions : Dynamics 365 Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service, Portals, and Customer Insights.
5+ years of Experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and / or other CRM applications with willingness to learn MS CRM.
5+ years of experience with Agile development preferred.
Understands and can assist or lead CRM on-premise upgrades and migrations to Dynamics in the cloud.
Willingness and ability to quickly learn new features and functionality in the Microsoft Dynamics and PowerPlatform stack.
Experience implementing, configuring and customizing Microsoft’s Dynamics including but not limited to 5+ years of work experience with large / enterprise companies and providing high level CRM consulting services to clients at all levels of within an organization.
Familiarity ETL solutions such as Scribe or SSIS with KingswaySoft.
Experience working with the Common Data Service (CDS).
