Role Description :

The Product Owner is an individual who is independently motivated and will be responsible for keeping important Products and Projects moving forward.

The person must be highly focused on accomplishing deliverables in a timely manner. The person must be able to work across functions and communicate effectively with people in different positions and at different levels in the company.

This position will also be required to worked hours that overlap significantly with U.S. business hours.

Key Job Functions and Responsibilities

  • Assume ownership of various 360training software applications
  • Take responsibility for Product / Project management of new products and major projects
  • Responsible for planning, overseeing and leading projects from ideation through to completion
  • Drive improvements to these applications working in a cross-functional manner with multiple departments including Regulatory, Marketing, Customer Service, Sales, Content Production, Finance, Technology, and HR.
  • Translate business needs into business requirements documents
  • Manage workstreams and communications for major initiatives
  • Participate in scrum calls with Technology team to answer questions related to business requirements
  • Develops, owns, and executes product roadmap
  • Works in an Agile environment and continuously reviews business needs, refines priorities, outlines milestonesand deliverables, and identifies opportunities and risks.
  • Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or marketing. MBA preferred
  • Three (3) years or more of experience as a Product Owner, Project Manager, or Business Manager.
  • Proactive, self-starter with excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain relationships with peers and leadership
  • Experience in e-Learning industry preferred
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with SAAS platform a plus
  • Ability to work successfully via phone and video
