About the Job :
The Customer Success Associate is responsible for relationship building with KeepTruckin customers. This position coordinates and manages customers to effectively onboard them through positive relationship-building, listening to concerns / addressing issues, and educating the customers on available products and services.
A customer-oriented focus is necessary in order to preserve long-term customer satisfaction. This position requires someone that is highly organized, has excellent communication skills, and demonstrates good judgment.
Serve as the primary point of contact for new SMB customers in their first 90 days
Guide new customers through initial hardware and software setup to ensure a timely and successful onboarding
Monitor customer progress and activities to ensure adoption and timely activation
Assist in troubleshooting and solving Support issues, when needed
Handle large volume of phone conversations and email inquiries
Build customer loyalty by delivering exceptional customer service
2+ years prior experience in a customer facing role (sales and / or support)
Strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships
Effective listening and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and presentation skills
Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities with a high attention to detail and professionalism
Team player attitude
Fluent in spoken and written English skills
BA / BS degree or equivalent qualification preferred
Prior experience in sales, consulting, customer onboarding, or training is a plus
Prior experience in trucking or logistics industries is a plus
Prior experience in a B2B environment is a plus
