We are seeking an experienced, dynamic and hardworking senior attorney, with preferably American legal system exposure to join our in-house law practice team.

As a part of our team, you will work closely with our geographically diverse teams across Pakistan, US and Europe, actively participate in a wide variety of areas, including corporate, civil, employment and IP laws, and will be involved in various transactional matters, data protection regulations (HIPAA, GDPR and CCPA) as well as active litigation in the US.


  • Advise management, business clients and legal teams across on various aspects of laws of Pakistan and the United States, including the risks associated with contentious matters.
  • Give accurate and timely counsel to executives on a variety of legal topics (labor law, partnerships, international ventures, corporate finance etc.).
  • Collaborate with management to discuss and develop strategies for addressing legal concerns and policies
  • Specify internal governance policies and regularly monitor compliance.
  • Research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations and apply effective risk management techniques and offer proactive advice on possible legal issues.
  • Communicate and negotiate with external parties (regulators, external counsel, public authority etc.), creating relations of trust.
  • Draft and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the company‚Äôs full legal rights.
  • Interpret laws, rulings and regulations within the industry.
  • Develop expertise in a range of CureMD products and build strong relationships with business clients and legal colleagues in our offices.
  • Qualifications

  • L.L.B., L.L.M. (preferably from US or UK).
  • 5+ years of transaction / corporate experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience with litigation support within a law firm or a litigation support vendor.
  • Exceptional in research, drafting, contract vetting and have hands-on experience with regulatory compliance.
  • Professional work ethic and integrity.
  • Sound judgment and analytical thinking.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Track record of drafting, reviewing and revising agreements.
  • Competent in legal research.
  • Highly proactive with a learning aptitude.
  • Ability to observe US office hours and work with our extended team in New York in additional to numerous high profile American law firms.
  • Flexibility and willingness to work on a broad variety of matters.
