Job Description

Drafting and vetting various legal contracts / agreements.

Managing Compliance / Company Secretarial work of all group entities.

Handling annual and other filings of all group entities.

Maintaining documentation e.g. certificates, agreements, registers, etc. (regulatory / legal).

Drafting resolutions, minutes of meetings, and all other correspondence required.

Handling third-party onboarding processes from a legal and compliance perspective.

Coordinating with various stakeholders both within and outside the organization on various

matters.

Maintenance of Repository.

Desired skill, knowledge & experience :

Bachelors’ Degree and Qualification in Legal & Company Secretary course is a must.

Around 3-4 years relevant post qualification work experience

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Good legal understanding and background.

Previous experience in a multi-entity environment.

Previous experience working across different geographies (preferred but not necessary).

Ability to interact with various stakeholders independently.
